Want to exchange your product? No problem! Customers can request an exchange by following our simple exchange process.

How to Exchange Your Order

1. Contact us first
   Call us or send us a message and let us know that you want to exchange your product. Please provide:

   • Order name

   • Phone number

   • Details of the product you want to exchange

2. Send the product back
   Once your exchange request is confirmed, send the product back to us using a courier service of your choice.

3. Exchange Delivery Charges
   A Rs. 220 delivery charge applies to exchanges. This charge must be paid by the customer.

4. Receive Your Exchange
   Once we receive the returned product and confirm the exchange, we will arrange the replacement product for you.

Important Note

• Please contact us before sending any product back.

• Products should be returned in their original condition.

• The customer is responsible for the Rs. 220 exchange delivery charge.

• Please clearly tell us which product you would like to exchange your item for.

• Exchange requests are processed once the returned product is received.
