Return Policy

Changed your mind about your order? No problem! We accept returns for change of mind, provided the product is returned to us in its original condition.

How to Return Your Order

1. Contact us first
   Call us or send us a message to request a return. Please provide:

   • Order name

   • Phone number

2. Send the parcel back
   Once your return request is confirmed, send the parcel back to us using a courier service of your choice.

3. Return delivery charges
   The customer is responsible for the return delivery charges. Rs. 220 will be deducted from your refund as return processing/delivery charges.

4. Refund
   Once we receive and check the returned parcel, your refund will be processed. The refund will be returned to you as soon as we receive the parcel.

Important Note

• Products should be returned in their original condition.

• Please contact us before sending any parcel back.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in case of a change of mind.

• Rs. 220 will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Refunds are processed after the returned parcel has been received.
